How to shop ?

Browse the product:

Start Browsing in the particular category you need the product and click on the image of the product if you need the detail of the product. Select the size and the quantity and click on “ADD TO BASKET”. If you want to reorder quickly, you can go to My Account > Order History where you can reorder the same products in history.

Login:

You need to create an account with us if you are placing the order first time. If you are already registered just login to the account before placing an order.



Checkout:

Once you are done shopping, you can review your Cart. You can Continue Shopping, if you want to change the order quantity or want to add some products or proceed to Check out and buy the products.


Delivery Slot:


The estimated delivery time is Min 3 hours to Max 24 working hours.

 

My Account:

Q) What is My Account?

My Account is the page you can see after login into our site with your login ID and password. Here you can see the history, details and various other things you have provided to us :
1) Order history and details.
2) My Merchandise Returns.
3) My Credit Slips.
4) My Addresses.
5) My Personal information.
6) My Vouchers.

Q) Can I Change my order Contents before or after placing an order

Before confirming an order you can change the contents by going into Order history and details in My account page But after confirming you cannot change the contents of your order, in this case you have to cancel your order and place the new order again.

Q) What are Credit Slips and where can I see my credit notes?

Credit Slips reflect the amount of money which you have pending in your Needs the supermarket account to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus undelivered value. You can see this in “My Account” under My Credit Slips.

Q) What is My Merchandise Returns?

You can see “My Merchandise Returns” in My Account page, it consist of the details of the returns initiated by you due to some reasons like defective or broken products.

Q) Can I Change my Personal Details Or Address?

Yes, you can always update or change you all personal information and address at any time In “My Account” page under headings “My Addresses” & “My Personal information”.

Q) What is My Vouchers?

My Vouchers are the coupons or vouchers available to you. You can look all the Vouchers and coupons and their expiration dates in “My Accounts” under heading “My vouchers”.

Delivery Details:

Q) What are the minimum delivery charges?

Needs the Supermarket allows free delivery on all orders above Rs. 500/1000/2500 (As it applies on CHECK YOUR DELIVERY AREA).

Q) What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is Min 3 working hours to Max 24 working hours.

Q) What will happen if I am not in home when you come to deliver the order?

We will dispatch the order as per the scheduled slot, if you are not present at the specified time then we will reschedule the delivery slot with you, however redelivery charges of Rs 30 will be applicable to you.

Cancellation & Returns:

Q) How do I cancel an entire order?

Once you have made the payments and confirmed the order you cannot cancel the order from the panel, for this you have to call our customer care no. @ 0120-4198999.

Q) How will I get my money back in case of cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

In case you cancel or return your order then a Credit note/slip will be generated in customer account as per the product cost. No cash refund.

Q) What do I do if an item is defective, broken or leaking?

In case of any issues, you can always contact our customer care no. @ 0120-4198999 . In case you are not satisfied with a product received, you can return it with our delivery person at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful. We insist you check all the items at the time of delivery.

Q) What is COD?

With C-o-D (Cash on Delivery) you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the order at your doorstep.

Q) Are there any extra charges included in the prices shown?

The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay. There are no extra taxes or VAT is included in the total invoice as the VAT is already included in the MRP of the products.

Q) Where do I enter the voucher number?

Once you are done selecting the items to your order in the checkout page you can enter the Voucher no. in the space provided on click on Ok the amount will be automatically deducted from your invoice.
