Refund policy

In Case of Defective Item:

In case the item is defective i.e. broken, leaking, expired or any other issues you can always contact on our customer support no 0120-4198999.
We have a “no questions asked return policy”. If you are not satisfied with the product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery and can contact our customer support team. We request you to check the products at the time of delivery. You may refund & return the product within 2 days of delivery. ( first you write down your request to customer care support within 24hrs of delivery)

Refund in case of Cancellation/Return:

The amount will be refunded back to your credit/debit card or Net banking whichever will be the mode of payment, it will take 15-21 working days to reflect in your statement.
In case of any queries please contact our customer support team @ 0120-4198999.
We will not be issuing any refunds in cash.

To cancel entire order:

You can contact the customer support to cancel the order; you can do so till we process the order. Once the order is processed you will not be able to cancel it and sometimes the orders may be processed within one hour of ordered time.

Offers products policy:

Any offer product not change & return after delivered the order & company send a product before 20 days from expiry date. 

To cancel items in Order:

The items can be cancelled till the order is shipped by needsthesupermarket.com. For cancellation you can call to customer support on 0120-4198999.

IF any case customer return the delivey on your door step so we take our service charge(100) + convence charge(50).
